Cuisine Signature

A Pergolas Signature division

Custom outdoor kitchens for Quebec backyards.

Cuisine Signature designs, fabricates, and installs permanent outdoor kitchens in 304 stainless steel. Each project is planned around the site, appliances, service connections, and the structure above it.

Custom outdoor kitchen in 304 stainless steel under a pergola

Built to your dimensions, with no filler panels

Built-in BBQ, sink, plancha, fridge, and storage planned from the start

Pergola, gas, water, and electrical coordinated before site work

Harvey Project, outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ, sink, and bar area

Reference project

The proof is in completed work.

Before selecting finishes, we resolve use: circulation, cooking, washing, serving, storage, and the connection to the house. The Harvey Project shows what happens when the kitchen is planned with the yard and pergola, not added afterwards.

What we settle early

The project is won before fabrication.

The plan

Circulation, cooking, prep, serving, and how it all connects to the house.

The appliances

BBQ, plancha, sink, fridge, pizza oven, storage, and the clearances each one needs.

The materials

304 stainless steel, powder-coated finishes, and Orastone sintered-stone counters chosen for real-world use.

Coordination

Pergola, terrace, gas, water, electrical, ventilation, and service access.

Front construction

20 mm panel

304 stainless skins, honeycomb aluminum core, exterior finish coordinated to the project.

Panel construction

304 stainless outside. Honeycomb aluminum inside.

20 mm panels

Each panel combines 304 stainless skins with a honeycomb aluminum core for a rigid, stable, lighter structure.

304 stainless

The exposed surface is selected for a permanent outdoor kitchen: durable, hygienic, and suited to Quebec weather.

Honeycomb aluminum core

The internal honeycomb gives large fronts structure without adding unnecessary weight.

Finishes and counters

Standard colours, Orastone sintered-stone counters, and appliances are selected once the module construction is confirmed.

Practical proof

What sets an integrated kitchen apart.

Under an existing structure

The kitchen has to respect the heights, access points, columns, and lines already on site. We draw so the BBQ, sink, and storage look planned from the beginning.

Covered terraces, pergolas, pavilions

With appliances confirmed

Technical sheets define openings, ventilation, clearances, and service access. That is what prevents visible filler panels and late site compromises.

Built-in BBQ, plancha, kamado, fridge

Built to stay outside

304 stainless steel, powder-coated finishes, Orastone sintered-stone counters, and maintenance access are selected for a permanent installation, not a showroom season.

Freeze-thaw, rain, heat, seasonal shutdown

The process

From planning to installation, in four steps.

Consultation

Before the grill is bought, let’s talk about the plan.

The right moment is early: while the pergola is still an idea, while the BBQ has not been ordered, while gas and water can still run where they should. A consultation helps frame feasibility, budget, and sequence. Most projects fall between $10,000 and $50,000.
