Cuisine Signature

Outdoor kitchens

A permanent outdoor kitchen, designed for your yard.

We design a permanent outdoor kitchen around four realities: the yard, the appliances selected, the services that need to be run, and the pergola or roof above it. Finishes come after the layout is resolved.

Every project starts with real constraints: circulation, built-in BBQ, sink, storage, counters, pergola, or covered terrace.

A kitchen built to your dimensions in 304 stainless steel

Built-in BBQ, sink, fridge, plancha, and storage

Coordination with covered terrace, pergola, gas, water, and electrical

Kitchen under a pergola

Layout, cooking clearances, lighting, heating, natural ventilation, and circulation around the structure.

Covered terrace

Kitchen close to the home with built-in BBQ, sink, counters, storage, and technical access coordinated before fabrication.

Pool and entertaining area

Bar zone, fridge, service surfaces, accessory storage, and prep space designed so hosting does not depend on constant trips inside.

Professional collaboration

Clear technical planning with designers, architects, landscapers, contractors, and Pergolas Signature teams when the outdoor structure is involved.

What is designed

The zones that make the kitchen work.

A successful outdoor kitchen depends on distances, access, and how the space is used. We settle the zones before talking about finishes.

Cooking

Built-in BBQ, kamado, plancha, or pizza oven with clearances, heat, ventilation, and service access planned.

Prep

Useful counter space, food handling, waste, accessories, and proximity to the indoor kitchen.

Washing

Sink, faucet, drainage, winterization, and connections planned according to the terrace and seasons.

Serving

Bar zone, pass-through, entertaining counter, fridge, and guest circulation around the kitchen.

Storage

Drawers, doors, vertical storage, tank or connection access, and volumes adapted to real accessories.

Structure

Relationship with pergola, covered roof, side walls, pool, guardrails, steps, and access from the house.

Integrated appliances

The BBQ should never be a last-minute decision.

Appliances define openings, clearances, ventilation, module depth, and maintenance access. We confirm them early to avoid visible compromises on site.

Built-in BBQ

Width, depth, support, hot zones, and combustion clearances are confirmed before fabrication.

Plancha and kamado

Placement planned for heat, residue, accessories, and cooking comfort.

Sink and faucet

Water supply, drainage, seasonal shutoff, and technical access considered from the start.

Outdoor fridge

Ventilation, electrical supply, door swing, and real use during gatherings.

Planning questions

Resolve these before ordering.

Which appliances will be built in, and do we have their exact technical specs?

Will the kitchen sit under a pergola, under a covered roof, or fully exposed to weather?

Where do gas, water, electrical, drainage, and maintenance access need to run?

Who cooks, who serves, where do guests circulate, and how does the kitchen connect to the house?

What needs to remain accessible in winter or be shut down for the season?

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you integrate the BBQ brand we want?
Yes. The project can be designed around several equipment brands, including Napoléon, Coyote, Weber, DCS, and Lynx, once the exact model dimensions are confirmed.
Are the kitchens truly custom?
Yes. Each kitchen is drawn to the actual site dimensions, around the selected appliances and project constraints, without filler pieces added to close gaps.
Can an outdoor kitchen stay outside in winter?
Yes, when the materials, appliance clearances, service access, and seasonal maintenance are planned properly from the design stage.

Consultation

Before the appliances are bought, let’s talk about the layout.

Send the city, type of space, project stage, intended appliances, and a few photos or dimensions. We can frame feasibility before purchases go too far.
