Cuisine Signature, a division of Pergolas Signature, collects certain information when you complete the consultation form or contact us. This page explains what we collect, why, and the rights you keep over that information.

Information we collect
When you submit a consultation request, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email, region or area, project details (location, appliances, stage, timeline), and any photos or files you attach.
We only collect what is needed to respond to your request and plan a project. No sensitive fields (social insurance number, financial information, etc.) are requested.
Why we use it
Your information is used solely to contact you, assess the feasibility of your project, prepare an initial layout or quote, and follow up on your request.
We never sell your information and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Service providers
Your request is transmitted and stored using customer-relationship and cloud-hosting tools operated on behalf of Pergolas Signature. These providers process your information only on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes.
Files you attach are stored securely and accessible only to our team for the purpose of handling your request.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship, then for any period required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Under Quebec’s Law 25 (an act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information), you may at any time request access to your information, its correction, the withdrawal of your consent, or its deletion.
To exercise these rights, write to us at info@pergolassignature.ca. We respond within the timeframes set by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
