Integrated appliances sit at the centre of a custom outdoor kitchen. They influence dimensions, openings, clearances, ventilation, service connections, and even the way people gather around the space.

Built-in BBQ

The built-in BBQ is often the main appliance. Its exact dimensions should be confirmed before fabrication: width, depth, clearance to combustibles, support, gas access, and ventilation.

A BBQ selected too late can force visible adjustments. In a well-drawn kitchen, the appliance should feel planned from the start.

Plancha and kamado
