Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures · Turnkey residential outdoor kitchen
Mercier Project
In Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, a genuinely turnkey project with Pergolas Signature acting as project manager: coordinating plumbing, electrical, gas, carpentry, painting, and landscaping, then an L-shaped kitchen under the covered terrace — a 32-inch Napoléon 700-series BBQ, a Gozney pizza oven, and an Invisacook hob under Orastone Chalk 20 mm counters, on Basalt Black 031 cabinets.

Functionality
The long run groups the undercounter outdoor fridge, the sink, and the 32-inch Napoléon 700-series BBQ, with work surface on either side of the cooking. The return, against the stone wall, takes the Gozney pizza oven and the Invisacook hob — built in beneath the sintered stone, it hands the counter back the moment you stop cooking. A radiant heater fixed under the covered terrace stretches the evenings.
Space & storage
Storage runs through large soft-close drawers on Blum hardware, behind Basalt Black 031 fronts with no visible handles. A waste module and a spice module are built into the 304 stainless cabinets, keeping the counter clear and the gear out of sight.
Orastone countertops
The counters are Orastone Chalk 20 mm — our own sintered stone countertop brand — with a waterfall on the return. The pale matte tone lifts the Basalt Black 031 fronts and the stone wall, and it is what makes the Invisacook possible: the heat passes through the stone, the controls stay tucked in a Blum drawer, and the surface remains an unbroken work top.
Orastone — our own brand of sintered-stone countertops (orastone.ca).
Spotlight
The Invisacook: cooking straight off the countertop
The Invisacook is an induction hob fitted underneath the counter: it heats straight through the Orastone Chalk, with no cut-out and no appliance on show. The controls tuck into a Blum drawer, the surface stays cool around the pan, and the moment you finish cooking the counter goes back to being an unbroken work top. That is two feet of prep space you don't surrender to a burner.
The bioclimatic pergola
Further down the property, a second zone: a freestanding Pergolas Signature bioclimatic pergola with wood-finish adjustable louvers, closed in by privacy walls in the same profile.
