Place Fleur de Lys Project
In Quebec City, on the shared rooftop terrace of a building near Place Fleur de Lys, a commercial outdoor kitchen built for sustained shared use: a double cooking line with two Napoléon 700-series BBQs, two 24-inch house-brand fridges, and a large central Orastone Midnight island, on Snow White 013 cabinets.

- Equipment
- Two Napoléon 700-series BBQs · Two 24-inch fridges (house brand) · Sink · Waste module · Central island with Blum drawers
Functionality
The rear line groups the two Napoléon 700-series BBQs, the sink, and the two 24-inch fridges, so several people can cook at the same time. The central Orastone island adds a work surface and bar counter, with an integrated waste module to keep the top clear.
Space & storage
The central island concentrates storage in large soft-close drawers on Blum hardware, while the Snow White 013 cabinets close off the appliances and gear. Everything stays accessible and out of sight, so a shared terrace stays tidy.
Orastone countertops
The counters and island are Orastone Midnight 20 mm, with a full-height waterfall to the floor. The veined black sintered stone gives the island weight and sets it against the Snow White 013 cabinets and the wood walls.
Orastone — our own brand of sintered-stone countertops (orastone.ca).
